Pre-registration will be opened on March 15.
All participants wishing to attend the conference should register online, preferably by June 20.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of your registration can only be made in writing . Cancellations on or before July 15, 2017 will be refunded in full, minus a 50 EUR cancellation fee.

Unfortunately, after this date, no refunds are possible since the secretariat will need to make advance payment to service providers. In case of late cancellation, the conference secretariat will send invoice for the full registration fee and all conference materials will be sent by mail.
